Next Thursday, June 25, two highly acclaimed chefs unite for a one-night dining event in Vancouver.
On Thursday, June 25, Chef Robert Belcham (from Vancouver’s Campagnolo) will team up with Chef Basilio Pesce (from Toronto’s Porzia) to present the dinning event Fratello (“brother” in Italian). This special event will celebrate the bond between chefs and the relationship between restaurant and supplier with a menu spotlighting fresh and locally grown ingredients. Belcham and Pesce will create an alla famiglia feast for 60 guests featuring a five-course dinner, all served at communal tables.Tickets are $100, plus tax and an Eventbrite charge.
