Interior designer Karin Bohn is no stranger to fame.

Her firm, House of Bohn, is an industry superstar, designing cool contemporary spaces like Anh and Chi, Virtuous Pie and Supernova Salon and earning an impressive number of awards and magazine features (including several in this one).

Bohn also has over 100,000 followers on her YouTube channel, where the Vancouverite blogs about her home renovations and the busy life of an entrepreneur.

Now, the 38-year-old can add €œStar in a TV Show€ to her list of accomplishments.

Bohn is joined by Chef Dennis Prescott and restaurateur Nick Liberato to host the new Netflix series Restaurants on the Edge. The reality show follows the three as they transform restaurants around the world with incredible views and bleak business outlooks, revamping everything from the menu, to the interior, to the marketing plan.

The Queer Eye of restaurant transformations, Restaurants on the Edge promises €œto not only transform the restaurant, but also the owners€™ outlook.€ In other words, Bohn and co. are on a mission to €œscrape downtrodden restaurant owners off the kitchen floor and lift them up with positivity, enthusiasm and a healthy dose of forced introspection.€

Each one-hour episode is dedicated to a new restaurant somewhere in the world €” Season one features eateries as close as Tobermory, Ontario and as far as Austria.

Expect drool-worthy food inspiration, plenty of travel shots and Bohn being amazing at what she does €” that’s one talented lady.

Restaurants on the Edge launches on Netflix today.
