Byns points to the Signature Kitchen Suite 48-inch Dual Fuel Pro range, as an example. It features two ovens—a full-size convection oven on the right side and a combination steam oven on the left—four gas burners and two induction burners.
“It is the first range of its kind to offer built-in sous vide functionality,” Byns says. “A crisp LCD display and knobs that can independently control temperature and time beautifully merge innovation and precision.”
Signature Kitchen Suite is exclusive to Midland Appliance, which is a leading dealer in the premium appliance market. Midland caters to the B2B space, specializing in bringing innovation and sophistication to any residential development project.
“Our team works closely with industry professionals, including designers, architects, builders and developers to find the perfect appliances for any project,” says Jaclyn St. Pierre, brand marketing manager at Midland Appliance. Designers and builders frequent Midland showrooms for live cooking demonstrations, lunch-and-learns, and private showroom tours.
Focused primarily on relationship building and a referral-based business strategy, the company has achieved impressive growth since it opened its doors in 1984.
Midland Appliance recently opened a third showroom, located in Langley, which joins existing operations in Vancouver and Richmond. In 2023, it will open the doors on a new showroom in Abbotsford. “We are making our mark in the Fraser Valley and connecting with the communities there with a big focus on the development happening outside the Metro Vancouver core,” St. Pierre says.
