Enjoy a night of great food and wine with a five-course meal at Calgary's Catch & the Oyster Bar
The Stag’s Hollow Winemaker’s Dinner gives you the perfect opportunity to cross “seafood feast” off your summer bucket list. On Monday, August 24, Daniel Norcott, executive chef of Catch and the Oyster Bar, and Larry Gerelus, owner of Stag’s Hollow Winery, will be hosting an exquisite oyster reception and five-course dinner at the Hyatt’s Catch restaurant in downtown Calgary. To start, guests will enjoy Fresh Kusshi Oysters and Smoked Kuterra Salmon Paté, and afterwards will be treated to a five-course meal that includes Braised and Beet-Glazed Pork Belly, Pacific Octopus Carpaccio, and an Olive Oil Sponge Cake. And of course, each meal will be paired with a Stag’s Hollow wine, hand-picked and introduced by Gerelus. (Our food editor, Neal McLennan, is already a fan of the winery’s Grenache.)Tickets are priced at $140 per person. To see the full menu, or to purchase a ticket, visit hyatt.com.
