The beloved French cookware maker is at it again.

French cookware company Le Creuset is at it again, cooking up yet another enameled kitchen creation we can’t not say gimme to. (Haven’t they done enough damage to our bank accounts with their loose-leaf-tea French press and adorable heart-shaped cocottes?!)

This time around, the brand has launched an assortment of pared-downdinnerware that’s sure to make any minimalist’s heart flutter. Aptly dubbed theMinimalist line, the collection ditches the three-ring design seen in LeCreuset’s Classic range in favour of pronounced edges and a clean, slightlyombré surface that puts the spotlight on whatever you’re serving.

The collection includes dinner plates, cereal bowls, cappuccino cups and more (from $50 for set of two), each with a stoneware construction that makes it broiler-, oven-, microwave- and dishwasher-safe. As is Le Creuset’s tradition, all pieces come in a rainbow of glossy and matte hues—from bright-red Cerise to ocean-blue Caribbean—that brings some pizzazz to mealtime, too.

Though if you’re interested in maintaining the minimalist theme, you can opt for the dishes in Le Creuset’s two newest shades—Sage, a calming green, and Meringue, a creamy off-white. Use them separately or layer them together for a pretty pastel (and decidedly Easter-ready) tabletop look.
