Lose the cords, charge your phone with a new wireless charging collection from Ikea.
As the owner of a cat who finds charging cords (and headphones) irresistible to chew, I can’t tell you how excited I am about the new cordless charging systems that Ikea has developed, due in stores this August. And as a woman who has still yet to find the perfect reading light, I’m as excited about the Riggad work lamp that’s part of the collection. On the lamp side of the equation, the white-and-wood combo is perfectly Scandi-cool and just right for my midcentury design. On the tech side, the charging pad is ridiculously simple: you place your phone on the plug sign. Mind, blown.Riggad work lamp with wireless charing, $70, available at Ikea.ca as of August 2015.
